Every day, I take my passion for cooking, wellness, and my knowledge as a chef and turn them into delightful plates for my guests, their families, and friends. I have been cooking for as long as I can remember, Hobby to career (and still hobby). A graduate of LCB of Minnesota, I have worked in several outstanding restaurants with experience in both front and back-of-house services and catered high-end and top-notch dinner events for several years in Naples, FL. I enjoy cooking food from all different cuisines around the world while also using local quality ingredients that fit our seasons here in Florida. I couldn't have asked for a more rewarding career than cooking for the families of Southwest Florida.
